NC Triad VTAA Volunteer/Participate – Dell Curry Speaking Event

Get “up close and personal” with Dell Curry and support a worthy cause for children right here in the Triad!

The Salvation Army Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Winston-Salem have announced that Dell Curry will be the keynote speaker at the Clubs’ annual dinner, Thursday, August 17 at 6:30pm, in Winston-Salem. Celebrate with the second leading scorer in Hokie basketball history and the first player to have his jersey retired by the school. Dell went on to become the first ever Charlotte Hornet and remains the teams all time leading scorer.

Volunteer – The Salvation Army is looking for volunteers to help with the following:
* Assist with Set up the morning of the event;
* Meet and greet the guests;
* Signing them in at the check in table; and
* Assisting guests to their tables.
